The Dragonfly Child and Youth Care Worker provides a home like environment and provides primary care to children and youth that have complex needs.

The Resiliency Worker provides services to individuals and families that are at a medium to low risk level and may have core-protection concerns

The Overnight Awake Worker is to provide support and supervision to children and youth during overnight hours. You will work within a team and be supervised by an Overnight Shift Coordinator.

The Dragonfly Team Leader ensures that practitioners are maintaining or increasing the level of safety, well-being, permanency, and connection to supports available to the children and youth in the group homes.

The Resiliency Development Manager- Youth Specialist provides services to high-risk youth that are experiencing crisis or high-risk behaviours, and have significant safety concerns
